- • The Director, Total Rewards will build and scale the global total rewards program at Cohere, establishing a competitive compensation and benefits framework aligned with company values and growth objectives.
- • Day to day responsibilities include designing global compensation strategies, managing benefits packages, conducting market research, ensuring compliance, collaborating with stakeholders, communicating programs to employees, and using data to drive improvements.
- • Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more who are passionate about scaling intelligence to serve humanity through frontier AI models for developers and enterprises.
- • In this role, the person can learn to lead total rewards strategy at a fast-growing AI company, deepen expertise in global compensation and benefits, and shape equitable, scalable rewards programs that support a diverse, distributed workforce.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in a total rewards role with experience building and scaling functions at fast-growing tech companies
- • Experience designing and managing total rewards programs for a global, distributed workforce across multiple regions
- • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and familiarity with industry-leading compensation benchmarking tools
- • Deep understanding of compensation philosophies, benefits regulations, and best practices in the tech industry
- • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
