• • The Discovery and Strategic Partnerships Lead at Humana Inc. drives enterprise-wide collaboration with best-in-class strategic partners to advance clinical and experience objectives for the Medicare population.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading strategic vendor landscape research and evaluation, screening prospective partners, defining evaluation criteria with business owners, managing relationships with internal stakeholders across Market Operations, Clinical Strategy, Retail Product & Growth, Vendor Management, Value-Based Strategies, and Clinical Analytics, and structuring research on consumer and industry trends to translate ambiguity into actionable frameworks.
• • The team operates independently within a highly matrixed environment, conducting market landscaping and vendor reviews to identify partners solving clinical problems and engaging in value-based agreements, then crafting data-driven recommendations for senior executives.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in strategic partnership development, healthcare innovation, market analysis, and executive communication, while building a track record of launching impactful initiatives through synthesis of disparate data and perspectives to influence Humana’s business strategy and clinical outcomes.
