📋 Description
- • The Dispatch Specialist II plays a critical role in ensuring field technicians are supported and customer commitments are met by managing work orders, resolving service requests, and monitoring technician availability using Cable One Field Service Management and ACSR systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing phone and chat support to field technicians for work order modifications and customer account requests, resolving ticket and email inquiries from Technical Care and Virtual Call Centers, monitoring technician routes for work order readiness, and setting up locates and outages as required.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School Degree required
- • 2 years or more prior experience in Dispatch, Field Technician or Workforce Management (WFM)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication
- • Strong data-entry ability (alpha/numeric)
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with good time management
- • Understanding of ServiceNow and ACSR
