📋 Description

• • The Disputes Operations & Strategy role at OnePay is critical to ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of dispute resolution across all financial products, directly supporting OnePay’s mission to fix a broken financial system by delivering secure, customer-centric services.
• • Day to day, you will own back office operations for disputes workflows across debit and card products, serve as the subject matter expert for complex escalations, leverage AI and data tools to identify process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, partner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering on upcoming launches, optimize case management systems and BPO vendor performance, and communicate performance and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
