- • The Distressed Passenger Operations Agent plays a critical role in ensuring passengers facing travel disruptions are promptly and safely accommodated during layovers, directly supporting Corpay’s Lodging division mission to deliver seamless, reliable lodging solutions under pressure.
- • Day to day, the agent receives booking requests via multiple channels (ConneX App, email, chat, phone, screen printer, walk-ups), coordinates emergency hotel relocations for distressed passengers, sources compliant accommodations when contracted hotels are unavailable, processes payments to vendors, maintains accurate records in TA Connections System, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve operational issues while adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures.

🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- • Proficiency with Connex and PC tools
- • Reliable internet connection (must be 100 mbps or higher) and quiet home-work environment
- • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and during high-demand irregular operations
- • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- • Customer service or call center experience (preferred but not required)
