📋 Description
- • As a Distribution Account Manager at Solenis LLC (operating under the Diversey brand), you will drive growth for trade partners by acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring revenue and profit targets are met through strategic collaboration.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and developing trade partners (e.g., wholesale, C&C, office suppliers, food wholesale, online retail), co-acquiring new customers with trade partners, creating and executing annual business plans per channel partner, developing growth strategies based on market opportunities, analyzing new distribution channels, planning and implementing sales promotions and trade marketing activities, coordinating with marketing on trade-channel initiatives, collaborating with internal national and international interfaces, building and maintaining contacts with decision-makers at customers, non-customers, and market partners, and actively maintaining leads and opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).
- • Solenis LLC, through its Diversey brand, is a global leader in hygiene and cleaning solutions with 8,900 employees across over 80 countries serving approximately 85,000 customers in sectors including hospitality, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, retail, healthcare, and building cleaning. - • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B sales strategy, channel management, and market expansion; gain experience in international collaboration and cross-functional teamwork; enhance your CRM and data-driven sales skills using SFDC; and grow professionally through personal and technical development opportunities in a market-leading organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed academic education (university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification
- • Several years of sales experience in trade or distribution environment (B2B preferred)
- • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high numerical and results orientation
- • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels
- • Structured, independent work style with a hands-on mentality
- • Confident use of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce/SFDC
- • Team player with enthusiasm for matrix and interface work
- • Very good German and English language skills
