- • Lead and coach field representatives to achieve regional sales and marketing targets through daily management and performance oversight.
- • Develop and execute regional market promotion strategies aligned with company objectives and market needs.
- • Establish and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures remain within approved limits and are strategically allocated.
- • Conduct regional meetings to ensure clear and effective communication of corporate strategies to field teams and stakeholders.
- • Support the central marketing team in executing regional campaigns, with a focus on cultivating and training regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as product advocates.
- • Maintain strong, compliant relationships with regional KOLs and establish effective communication channels to facilitate successful market activities.
- • Collaborate with regional key account teams, market access teams, and sales training teams to execute joint initiatives and support product adoption.
- • Participate in regional and some national KOL events to drive product awareness and facilitate hospital formulary inclusion.
- • Oversee employee training programs to ensure consistent understanding and application of product knowledge and compliance standards.
- • Provide regular feedback to the Regional Sales Director on market trends, competitive dynamics, and operational challenges within the assigned territory.
- • Ensure full compliance with company policies and actively coach team members on adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
- • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-informed adjustments to optimize outcomes within budget constraints.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between regional field teams and central marketing functions to align execution with corporate priorities.
- • Coordinate logistics and resources for regional promotional events, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all internal and external regulations.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators related to market penetration, KOL engagement, and campaign ROI.
- • Promote a culture of integrity and compliance across all team interactions with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
