📋 Description

• As the Regional Marketing Manager for Iberia at Dandy Technology, you will serve as the strategic marketing lead for Spain and Portugal, translating global positioning into effective local go-to-market strategies that drive market growth, pipeline generation, and customer engagement in a fast-expanding dental technology company.
• You will own the regional marketing strategy, localize global messaging and campaigns, drive cross-functional alignment between regional markets and central marketing, partner with sales and account management teams, lead campaign planning and execution across paid media, lifecycle, web, content, and outbound channels, support regional events and field marketing, act as the voice of the market by surfacing customer insights and competitive intelligence, and continuously measure and optimize programs for ROI.
• Dandy is transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by leading venture capital firms, with a mission to simplify and modernize every function of dental practice through technology, innovation, and world-class support.
• In this role, you will develop strategic judgment and hands-on execution skills in a high-growth, matrixed environment, gain deep expertise in localized marketing for healthcare/SMB and enterprise segments, influence global strategy through market insights, and advance your career in a mission-driven company committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing roles
• Spanish and English required, Catalan preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and experience aligning marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior sales or regional leadership
