📋 Description

• Regional Marketing Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc. responsible for driving market growth, pipeline generation, and customer engagement in the Sydney region by translating global marketing strategies into locally relevant go-to-market plans.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning regional marketing strategy, localizing positioning and messaging, driving cross-functional alignment with central marketing and regional sales teams, leading campaign planning and execution across paid media, lifecycle, web, content, and outbound channels, supporting regional events and field marketing, acting as the voice of the market by surfacing customer and competitive insights, and optimizing programs for ROI through performance measurement.
• Dandy is transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, backed by leading venture capital firms, with a mission to simplify and modernize dental practice functions through technology, innovation, and world-class support.
• The role offers the opportunity to develop strategic and execution skills in a fast-moving, matrixed organization, gain deep experience in regional go-to-market strategy, influence broader company marketing strategy through market insights, and grow professionally in a high-growth, innovative healthcare technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing roles
• Strong commercial acumen and experience aligning marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior sales or regional leadership
• Experience supporting or executing local events, field marketing initiatives, or customer activations
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization and decision-making
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across distributed teams
