📋 Description
- • As a District Manager, OnStar & Loyalty, you will serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for OnStar and GM’s broader software and subscription portfolio across assigned dealerships in the Cleveland, OH territory, driving subscription growth and customer loyalty through field-based engagement.
- • Day to day, you will build trust-based relationships with dealer principals, managers, and service leaders; deliver training on OnStar services, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Cards; use data to coach dealers on performance improvement; troubleshoot technology issues; and collaborate cross-functionally with GM teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful product launches.
- • You will join General Motors’ OnStar team, a tech ingredient brand redefining safety, connectivity, and customer experience in vehicles, where the mission is to empower customers and employees, earn trust daily, and lead the industry into the future through connected services like Super Cruise and over-the-air updates.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in automotive retail, loyalty programs, and connected vehicle technologies; sharpen your coaching and data-driven performance management skills; and grow as a field leader influencing dealer success and customer satisfaction across sales, service, and ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service
- • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of automotive industry experience in lieu of a degree
- • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
- • Excellent oral and written communication with professional tone and clarity
- • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory for recurring dealership visits
- • Comfort with technology and subscription services, including troubleshooting mobile app and internal platform issues
