• • As a District Manager at Towne Park, you will directly oversee a specific district and drive performance across financial, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction, and business development objectives, making a tangible impact on the millions of patients, visitors, and guests served by this hospitality services company.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining operational compliance, directing Account Managers and district support teams, training managers on contractual and legal obligations, driving business metrics and performance measurements, conducting weekly staff meetings, collaborating with Sales on business development, analyzing labor trends with Talent Operations, and participating in recruitment and development of management talent for succession planning.
