- • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across multiple rental facility locations in the Northeast, driving maximum sales performance through strategic leadership and daily coaching.
- • Build, recruit, train, and develop a talented sales team by conducting interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing skill development to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics including fleet utilization, territory coverage, new account production, rate achievement, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities and forecast revenue.
- • Collaborate with location personnel to support job site activities, assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment through enforced safety standards and legal adherence.
