• • As a District Sales Manager at EquipmentShare, you will lead and inspire sales teams across multiple rental facility locations in the Northeast, driving performance and growth by building high-performing teams and ensuring operational excellence in a mission-driven, technology-powered organization.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales representatives; conducting performance reviews; setting measurable goals; monitoring key sales metrics such as fleet utilization and new account production; supporting job site activities; assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service; and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
