- • As a District Sales Manager at EquipmentShare, you will lead and inspire sales teams across multiple rental facilities in the Northeast, driving performance and growth by building high-performing teams, setting measurable goals, and ensuring maximum sales results through data-driven coaching and support.
- • Day to day, you will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales representatives; conduct monthly performance reviews; monitor key sales metrics like fleet utilization and new account production; communicate actionable insights to improve team performance; support job site activities; assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed; and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- • Authorization to work in the U.S.
- • 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- • Outside sales or sales management experience
- • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay continuously educated on EquipmentShare products and services
