- • Serve as a multi-unit manager overseeing six to ten branch managers, directly responsible for their selection, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- • Drive district profitability, growth, and operational excellence by aligning branch activities with company-wide sales and profit objectives.
- • Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute strategic plans that respond to market conditions, competitive dynamics, and branch-specific needs.
- • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, then translate insights into actionable plans to improve collection outcomes and branch efficiency.
- • Ensure strict compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) regulations across all supervised branches.
- • Conduct regular audits of branch operations to verify adherence to company policies, state laws, and federal guidelines.
- • Provide consistent, visible leadership and mentorship to branch managers and team members, fostering a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and professional development.
- • Communicate company initiatives, policy updates, and operational expectations clearly and effectively to all levels of the district team.
- • Cultivate a performance-driven, inclusive, and ethical work environment where integrity and fairness are foundational values.
- • Model ethical business practices at all times and reinforce standards of conduct through daily leadership and decision-making.
- • Counsel branch managers on operational challenges, providing guidance to achieve targets while maintaining compliance and customer service excellence.
- • Complete and submit required district administrative reports, including weekly performance summaries and compliance documentation.
- • Spend approximately 25% of work time traveling to branch locations across the district, with the remainder spent in office or virtual settings.
- • Maintain a high level of interpersonal assertiveness and self-confidence while engaging with customers, branch staff, and corporate teams.
- • Demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset focused on driving revenue growth while prioritizing customer service and regulatory compliance.
- • Promote workforce excellence by investing in team development, recognizing achievements, and addressing performance issues promptly and fairly.
