- • The Division Finance Director provides critical leadership on strategy, planning, analysis, and finance-related activities for the Midwest division in close partnership with the Division Director and Division Leadership Team.
- • Oversees Division-wide finances, maintains an effective finance staffing model, identifies gaps in alignment and efficiencies, and ensures financial management standards and compliance requirements are met.
- • Represents the division in regional and organizational-wide initiatives, tailors implementation for the division, and addresses challenging situations impacting long-term financial or operational outcomes.
- • Synthesizes financial information for senior leaders, develops creative financial strategies to drive resources toward critical work, and serves as a subject matter expert and resource to business units.
- • Reports to the North America Region Senior Finance Director with a dotted line to the Midwest Chief of Staff/Director of Conservation Portfolio Management and collaborates closely with the Midwest Finance Cabinet.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 7 years related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • Experience recruiting, supervising, and developing staff.
- • Experience designing, implementing, and directing multiple complex projects.
- • Experience with accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
- • Experience with complex financial analysis, including analyzing provided data and sharing insights with stakeholders.
