- • The Division Finance Director (DFD) for the Pacific division at The Nature Conservancy is responsible for directing financial strategy, analysis, personnel, and financial activities at the division level, acting as a thought partner to regional finance leadership, division directors, and business unit finance staff in decision-making and implementation.
- • Day to day, the DFD provides broad oversight of division-wide finances including planning, reporting, and analysis of current financial and operations activities; identifies gaps in alignment and efficiencies; ensures financial management standards and compliance are met; synthesizes financial information for senior leaders; develops creative financial strategies to drive resources toward critical work; and serves as a subject matter expert and resource to business units while ensuring cross-divisional alignment.
