• • The Document Services Specialist role at Epiq Systems, Inc. is a permanent, full-time position supporting document production, administrative, and clerical functions for legal and professional services clients, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential handling of sensitive materials.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, revising, reformatting, and converting documents using Microsoft Office, PDF editing tools, and transcription software; preparing complex documents and spreadsheets; performing document diagnostics; proofreading for accuracy; managing time-sensitive and confidential materials; providing task updates to client personnel; and supporting team collaboration and performance feedback.
• • The role is part of the Opensity Solutions team, a technology-enabled managed services organization that helps law firms and professional services organizations modernize operations through integrated people, technology, and services to drive efficiency and career growth.
• • The specialist will develop advanced proficiency in document management systems, enhance technical skills in Adobe Acrobat/Kofax and Microsoft Suite, strengthen organizational and prioritization abilities under pressure, and gain experience in legal document workflows while contributing to team effectiveness and client satisfaction.
