📋 Description
- • We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to take full ownership of managing and developing our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network across the entire Czech Republic.
- • The role involves full ownership of the DSP network, budget & transformation management, capacity planning & recruitment strategy, team leadership & mentorship, key connection point, and data presentation.
- • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics, operations, transport, or in a senior account management position, analytical mindset, resilience under pressure, excellent communication & diplomacy, high adaptability, resourcefulness, and language skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, transport, or in a senior account management position.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and track KPIs.
- • Excellent communication & diplomacy skills.
