- • Lead end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) for enterprise clients.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client business processes and translate requirements into functional D365 F&O configurations and customizations.
- • Design and map supply chain workflows including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, production planning, and logistics to align with client business goals.
- • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on D365 SCM functionality, ensuring solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices and industry standards.
- • Guide clients through change management, user training, and adoption strategies to maximize system effectiveness and long-term success.
- • Participate in discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- • Document functional specifications, process flows, configuration settings, and test scenarios to ensure clear communication and audit readiness.
- • Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution accuracy and performance.
- • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and optimize system performance based on client feedback.
- • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates, feature releases, and industry trends to advise clients on evolving capabilities and enhancements.
- • Travel to Stoneridge office locations in Minneapolis, MN and Fargo, ND as required for team collaboration, training, client meetings, or project milestones.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentor junior consultants, and participate in continuous learning initiatives to strengthen team expertise.
- • Maintain a client-first mindset by delivering solutions with integrity, tenacity, and a commitment to long-term client success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing Supply Chain Management modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, and logistics
- • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing implementation projects from discovery through go-live
- • Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders
