📋 Description

• This role is in-person only and requires regular visits to multiple third-party retail locations across British Columbia to represent Dyson, support retailer staff, and engage directly with customers.
• Demonstrate Dyson products to shoppers in a clear, concise, and professional manner, enabling them to successfully replicate the experience at home.
• Conduct product consultations to understand customer needs and guide them toward the most appropriate Dyson solution based on their specific requirements.
• Educate retail sales associates on Dyson product features, technologies, and benefits to enhance in-store product knowledge and customer service.
• Lead beauty events and Masterclasses to showcase Dyson technology to groups of customers in retail environments.
• Adhere strictly to in-store demonstration protocols, health & safety standards, and Dyson’s brand values during all customer interactions.
• Act as the primary in-store representative for all Dyson products, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer experiences.
• Perform operational duties including visual merchandising, maintaining display cleanliness, replenishing stock, and managing product inventory.
• Accurately and timely complete daily reporting using Dyson’s CRM and HRIS systems to track customer interactions, sales activity, and operational tasks.
• Maintain and transport demonstration equipment and supplies to and from assigned retail locations, including the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work a minimum of three days per week, including every Saturday and Sunday, with availability for standard, peak, and holiday retail hours.
• Stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, while actively engaging with customers and conducting demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with Dyson Canada Ltd. team members and third-party retail partners to ensure seamless collaboration and brand representation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and iPad-based applications to complete administrative and reporting tasks.
• Exhibit confidence, professionalism, and self-motivation while achieving or exceeding sales targets through a consultative selling approach.
• Participate in sales-based incentive programs, contests, and initiatives designed to reward performance and drive results.
• Represent Dyson’s culture through consistent demonstration of its core values in all customer and partner interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience
• Experience working with technology and within the beauty industry, preferably prestige/luxury brands
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work retail hours including every Saturday and Sunday
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use iPad applications
