- • As an E-commerce Consultant at Forma Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming how companies deliver employee benefits by optimizing the digital commerce experience that powers Forma’s flexible benefits platform. Your work will directly impact how employees access and utilize their benefits—driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value for both users and enterprise clients. This role is critical to scaling Forma’s marketplace and ensuring that the platform remains intuitive, high-performing, and commercially effective.
- • You will own end-to-end eCommerce performance, including monitoring and improving key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue growth. By analyzing funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention stages, you will identify bottlenecks and opportunities, then translate data insights into clear, actionable strategies that enhance the user journey and maximize commercial outcomes.
- • You will lead digital merchandising strategy, making data-informed decisions about product assortment, placement, and promotional tactics within the Forma Store. This includes optimizing onsite experiences such as landing pages, navigation flows, and product/vendor pages to improve usability and discovery, while developing and testing personalization and recommendation engines to increase relevance and engagement.
- • You will partner with internal teams to refine vendor mix and assortment strategy based on customer demand and business objectives, identifying opportunities to create added value through exclusive offerings, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships. You will also help establish structured processes for vendor prioritization and roadmap planning to ensure alignment with growth goals.
- • You will design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and drive iterative improvements, collaborating closely with marketing to align lifecycle and retention campaigns that boost repeat purchase behavior and customer lifetime value. Your experimentation mindset will be key to uncovering what resonates with users and scaling successful tactics.
- • You will serve as a cross-functional leader, working closely with product and engineering to define feature roadmaps and technical requirements, partnering with analytics teams to build a unified source of truth for performance tracking, and influencing stakeholders at all levels with clear, data-driven recommendations that balance user needs with business objectives.
- • You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and tactical execution are equally valued—applying your expertise in both early-stage (0>1) and scaling (1>10) contexts to help Forma innovate continuously while maintaining operational excellence in its eCommerce ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or consulting, with a proven track record of driving growth and optimization
- • Demonstrated experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer), marketplace, or omnichannel environments, including managing product assortment, vendor relationships, and digital storefronts
- • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
