- • As the E-commerce Director (D2C Growth Lead) at a fast-growing consumer brand, you will be instrumental in driving and scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue across a sophisticated multi-channel digital landscape. This pivotal role demands a strategic yet hands-on approach, empowering you to not only manage but to truly *own* the outcomes of your efforts across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email marketing channels.
- • Your primary objective will be to architect and implement a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy. This involves identifying key opportunities for expansion, optimizing existing conversion funnels, and ensuring operational excellence across all digital storefronts. You will be at the forefront of leveraging data to inform decisions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader product launches, promotional campaigns, and overall business objectives.
- • A significant portion of your responsibility will be dedicated to the end-to-end ownership of the Shopify platform. This includes driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) through rigorous A/B testing, implementing site enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance. You will be responsible for maximizing the revenue potential of this core e-commerce channel.
- • Simultaneously, you will develop and execute a dynamic strategy for TikTok Shop. This encompasses managing the product catalog, fostering user-generated content (UGC) and affiliate commerce initiatives, designing compelling promotions, and ensuring strict adherence to platform compliance regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in unlocking the growth potential of this rapidly evolving social commerce environment.
- • Your strategic vision will also extend to Meta Shops, encompassing both Facebook and Instagram. This involves meticulous management of product feeds to ensure accuracy and consistency, as well as overseeing smooth integrations with the broader e-commerce ecosystem. You will ensure that these social shopping experiences are intuitive, engaging, and drive measurable sales.
- • Email marketing will be another critical pillar of your role. You will own the comprehensive email strategy, from conceptualization to execution, including the development of engaging campaigns and sophisticated lifecycle flows. A key project will involve managing the transition from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, leveraging the advanced capabilities of the latter to enhance customer segmentation, personalization, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will partner closely with merchandising teams to curate compelling product assortments, develop attractive bundles, and optimize product presentation. You will also work with SEO specialists to enhance organic visibility and collaborate on conversion-focused initiatives across the entire customer journey.
- • Data analysis and reporting are fundamental to this role. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust e-commerce analytics and dashboards, primarily utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4). You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and provide insightful weekly reports on performance, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement. This data-driven approach will underpin all strategic decisions and tactical adjustments.
