📋 Description

• Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term career.
• Lead product strategy: define category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing.
• Source products profitably: supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets.
• Own listing creation and optimization: positioning, keyword strategy, conversion improvements, and catalog quality.
• Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment.
• Partner with creative/resources as needed (briefing images, A+ content, packaging, and brand assets).
• Drive performance through metrics: contribution margin, pricing, inventory health, and ad efficiency (as needed).
• Establish repeatable processes for scaling and prepare to hire/support a small team over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with demonstrated ownership of product selection, sourcing, and scaling.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment: selecting products, managing suppliers, and planning inventory/fulfillment.
• Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms confidently.
