• • Manage and optimize Shopify store operations including cleaning up product listings, titles, descriptions, and images to ensure consistency and high conversion rates.
• • Oversee Amazon listings and inventory management, ensuring accurate product data, pricing, and stock levels across Seller Central.
• • Set up and maintain e-commerce systems such as email marketing campaigns and abandoned checkout recovery workflows to improve customer retention and sales.
• • Handle inventory and third-party logistics (3PL) management, coordinating with partners to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate order tracking.
• • Document and maintain precise product dimensions, weights, and other logistical specifications required for shipping and platform compliance.
• • Conduct SEO optimization and keyword research for product listings to enhance visibility and organic search performance, with preference for DMA expertise.
• • Utilize Google Analytics to track e-commerce performance metrics, generate reports, and inform data-driven decisions for store improvements.
• • Maintain proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data organization, inventory tracking, and reporting tasks.
• • Ensure all product content meets platform-specific guidelines for Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, and Best Buy Canada.
• • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support overall e-commerce operations and team objectives.
• • Maintain a professional and reliable remote work environment with required hardware and internet specifications to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
• • Collaborate with internal teams to align product listings, inventory updates, and marketing initiatives with company goals.
• • Apply strong copywriting and editing skills to create compelling, error-free product descriptions and marketing content.
• • Adhere to the scheduled work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time to ensure alignment with global operations.
• • Participate in paid training programs to enhance technical and operational competencies in e-commerce platforms and tools.
