📋 Description

• Lead, disrupt, and reinvent the sleep industry by joining Emma – The Sleep Company as an E-commerce Website Operations Intern.
• Collaborate with a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development of sleep comfort products that empower customers to awaken their best every day.
• Join a team with colleagues from over 70 nationalities, combining diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact.
• Participate in a fast-paced environment with a presence in over 35 markets and more than 15 retail stores across Europe.
• Contribute to the growth of the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand.
• Develop skills in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
