📋 Description
- • As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will serve as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, playing an integral role in delivering top talent to meet critical client recruiting needs through cutting-edge strategies and market intelligence.
- • Day to day, you will act as the key point of contact for Early Careers teams and Hiring Managers, deeply understanding role requirements, managing full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, assessment centres, and facilitating intake meetings to align timelines and expectations.
- • You will join a collaborative, dynamic, and talented team at Wilson, a firm dedicated to providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences through end-to-end recruitment process management, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in early talent acquisition, strengthen stakeholder relationships, refine consultative recruitment techniques, and gain experience in campus and virtual attraction strategies while contributing to high-quality talent delivery for clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 2 years of full early careers life-cycle recruitment experience, including managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, and facilitating assessment centres
- • 2 years of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to be flexible, adaptable, and collaborative within a team
