- • The eBilling Legal Operations Analyst supports the Claims Law Office and Corporate Law teams by managing and analyzing litigation operations, e-billing, records management, and legal technology initiatives, ensuring efficient and compliant legal processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing eBilling system operations such as invoice submission, review, validation, and approval workflows; managing outside counsel onboarding and rate submissions; serving as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries; monitoring queues, resolving exceptions, and escalating complex issues; and partnering with leadership to improve billing processes and system functionality.

🎯 Requirements
- • Associate degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- • 2 years of experience in legal operations, business analysis, legal administration, or comparable experience
- • Experience with legal technology platforms such as TeamConnect, iManage, or Guidewire, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
