  • • As an eCOA Manager in the Clinical Assessment Technologies team, you will serve as the primary liaison between eCOA vendors, sponsors, and internal study teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution of electronic clinical outcome assessments across global clinical trials.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendor deliverables and timelines, negotiating scope of work with vendors and sponsors, reviewing study trends, conducting risk assessments related to vendor performance or material availability, and overseeing system change control, closeout, and database lock activities.
  • • You will join Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to transforming clinical research through innovation, quality, and a patient-centered mission to improve lives worldwide.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in clinical trial systems, strengthen your project leadership and stakeholder management skills, and gain opportunities for internal growth and promotion through mentorship and hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms like EDC, IRT, RTSM, RBQM, eTMF, and CTMS.
