- • As a seasoned ECommerce Consultant at Klar E-commerce Solutions GmbH, you will be instrumental in guiding our growing portfolio of e-commerce brands towards enhanced success. Klar is the premier Data Operating System for burgeoning e-commerce companies, providing a holistic understanding of their business across customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. We empower over 500 leading brands, including Sunday Natural, Loop Earplugs, Holy, Maniko, and Armed Angels, to make data-driven decisions daily. This role is not just about software; it's about deeply understanding our customers' challenges and acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner.
- • You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, leveraging your extensive e-commerce expertise and broad knowledge of successful strategies across the Klar customer base. This involves helping clients navigate complex business questions, identify optimal courses of action, and overcome obstacles they may not even realize they face. Your guidance will be crucial in shaping their growth trajectories and ensuring they maximize the value derived from the Klar platform.
- • A significant part of your role will involve conducting in-depth data audits for our customers. You will meticulously dive into their data, uncovering hidden patterns, identifying critical insights, and pinpointing areas for improvement that might otherwise go unnoticed. You will then present these findings clearly and concisely, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that directly contribute to enhancing their business performance and profitability.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to directly shape the development of our product. By working closely with customers and understanding their real-world problems, you will gain invaluable insights into how the Klar platform can be enhanced. You will collaborate closely with our product teams, contributing to the product roadmap, defining new features, and participating in the quality assurance process for new releases to ensure they effectively address customer needs and deliver maximum impact.
- • You will be joining a dedicated consulting team comprised of experienced e-commerce operators, including former CMOs of 9-figure brands and Heads of Marketing for 8-figure brands. This collaborative environment fosters continuous learning and allows for the sharing of best practices and innovative strategies. As the third member of this growing team, you will contribute to its expansion and success, bringing fresh perspectives and a wealth of experience.
