  • • As an eCommerce Manager at Pearl Talent, you will be instrumental in driving the success of online brands across major eCommerce platforms. You will be the linchpin in managing and optimizing online marketplace operations, with a primary focus on boosting revenue, ensuring the health and compliance of seller accounts, and maintaining operational excellence across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of marketplace operations. You will be tasked with managing seller and vendor accounts, meticulously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and policy compliance, and proactively addressing any issues that could impact account health, such as warnings, violations, or even account suspensions. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of platform-specific rules and regulations.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates. This includes conducting thorough keyword research, implementing platform-specific Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, and crafting compelling titles, descriptions, and enhanced brand content. You will also be responsible for competitive analysis, strategic pricing adjustments, and ensuring overall brand consistency and catalog accuracy across all managed platforms.
  • • Client relationship management is a cornerstone of this position. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing regular updates on performance, offering strategic operational guidance, and managing expectations with professionalism. Building consultative, trust-based relationships is paramount, with the goal of fostering long-term growth and success for the brands you support.
  • • You will be expected to analyze performance data rigorously. This involves tracking sales, traffic, and conversion metrics, as well as key performance indicators like revenue, sessions, buy box percentage, and advertising performance. Generating comprehensive performance reports and dashboards will be crucial for identifying trends, potential risks, and untapped growth opportunities.
  • • Operational coordination and issue resolution are also key components. You will collaborate with various teams to manage inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service issues. Your support will extend to promotions, product launches, and catalog expansion, ensuring smooth execution and swift resolution of any order, refund, or operational challenges that arise.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a strategic role in identifying new sales channels, marketplaces, or opportunities for category expansion. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace management, with hands-on experience on at least one major platform (Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred).
  • • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, conversion drivers, account health management, listing optimization, and platform compliance.
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • • Proficiency with essential eCommerce tools such as Amazon Seller Central or Shopify or Walmart Marketplace, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
