- • Own day-to-day management of strategic eCommerce and Retail partners across the Benelux region, including pricing, stock management, product launches, setup, and competitive analysis.
- • Drive profitable growth and market share in alignment with corporate strategies for both Consumer and Commercial product segments.
- • Manage weekly sales forecasts across all product lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- • Analyze sales data to generate clear, actionable reports and recommendations for senior management.
- • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and share dynamics to inform strategic adjustments and opportunity identification.
- • Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to plan and execute quarterly promotional campaigns that increase end-user demand, brand visibility, and sales conversion.
- • Collaborate with Finance teams to maintain tight cost control, optimize pricing strategies, and improve overall customer profitability.
- • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key internal stakeholders and external retail and eCommerce partners at all levels.
- • Maintain high standards of structured working practices with strong attention to detail in all sales and operational activities.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-moving, innovative market environment with continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
- • Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online reporting tools to manage data, create presentations, and track performance metrics.
- • Travel regularly within the Netherlands, with occasional trips to Belgium and Luxembourg to support partner engagements and market activities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-performing environment with a proven track record of delivering results
- • Fluency in Dutch and English
- • Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting
- • High affinity for Information Technology and Consumer Electronics products and solutions
- • Highly analytical, with confidence interpreting and presenting detailed sales data
- • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online reporting tools
