- • The eCommerce Specialist role at Showpo is pivotal to driving the brand’s digital commerce success by managing and optimizing online product listings, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and supporting the execution of eCommerce strategies that align with Showpo’s mission to empower women globally through fashion. This role directly contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility in competitive international markets.
- • What the person will do day to day:
- • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle on Showpo’s eCommerce platform, including uploading new arrivals, updating product details (descriptions, pricing, inventory), and ensuring accurate categorization and tagging for optimal search and discovery.
- • Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to align product launches with seasonal campaigns, social media trends, and promotional calendars, ensuring timely and cohesive go-to-market execution.
- • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, cart abandonment, and average order value using platform analytics tools, then recommend and implement data-informed optimizations to improve site performance.
- • Conduct regular audits of product pages for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines, including image quality, sizing charts, and SEO-friendly metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text).
- • Support the implementation of A/B tests on product pages, checkout flows, and promotional banners to identify high-impact improvements in user experience and conversion efficiency.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues related to product listings, platform integrations, or third-party apps, coordinating with IT and external vendors to resolve disruptions swiftly.
