- • Lead growth initiatives and campaigns to expand the Injective ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing dApps, builders, and strategic partners.
- • Conduct in-depth research across the Web3 landscape to pinpoint high-potential projects aligned with Injective’s financial infrastructure and technical capabilities.
- • Develop and execute targeted growth strategies for both existing and prospective products and partnerships within the DeFi and blockchain space.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with product pipelines and launch timelines.
- • Perform competitive analyses on market trends, emerging protocols, and ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and positioning.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders, protocol teams, and ecosystem participants to foster long-term collaboration.
- • Represent Injective at industry events, hackathons, and developer conferences to increase visibility, attract talent, and drive ecosystem adoption.
- • Report progress, insights, and new initiative outcomes directly to senior leadership with clear metrics and actionable recommendations.
- • Act as a self-starter in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, independently managing multiple pipelines and stakeholder relationships.
- • Stay current on evolving DeFi protocols, Layer-1 innovations, and tokenized asset markets to identify opportunities for Injective’s unique financial blockchain.
- • Serve as a cultural ambassador for Injective, embodying company values and contributing to a collaborative, high-trust team environment.
- • Leverage an extensive existing network within Web3 to accelerate partner acquisition and ecosystem growth.
- • Translate technical capabilities of Injective’s blockchain into compelling value propositions for external builders and institutional partners.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance developments affecting DeFi and tokenized asset markets in the U.S. context.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant work experience
- • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field
- • At least 1 year of experience within DeFi (past work at a Layer-1 or major DeFi protocol strongly preferred)
- • Substantial Web3 knowledge and an extensive network in the space
- • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- • Fast learner with the ability to operate independently
