  • • As the Ecosystem Success Lead at Deel, you will serve as the architect of the company’s reciprocal value engine, ensuring that strategic product partners become immediate, high-volume recipients of qualified business—turning partnerships into scalable revenue streams by systematizing success across Sales, RevOps, and Product.
  • • You will design and own the logic for routing outbound leads to strategic partners based on geography, segment, and vertical, ensuring a 'go-to' partner exists for every scenario while maintaining the flexibility to adapt routing as the ecosystem evolves and scales globally.
  • • You will leverage AI and LLMs to audit lead quality, summarize discovery notes for partners, and help Account Executives identify the 'Perfect Partner Fit' mid-conversation, enhancing the precision and relevance of every referral.
  • • You will act as the primary stakeholder for RevOps and Engineering to automate lead referral 'pipes,' translating business needs into technical requirements to create a seamless, one-click (or zero-click) experience for both AEs and partners.
  • • You will collaborate with product marketing and enablement teams to develop high-impact collateral and own the incentive strategy—including spiffs and rewards—that makes referring partners the most attractive and intuitive path for Deel’s sales organization.
  • • You will directly onboard strategic partners to deeply understand their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and ensure they are technically and operationally ready to receive and act on Deel’s business at scale, minimizing friction and maximizing conversion.
  • • You will continuously audit the 'Lead-to-Partner' journey, identifying root causes of stalled leads or low AE adoption—whether due to policy gaps, technical bugs, or insufficient training—and implementing rapid, data-driven fixes to optimize flow.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, high-impact team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries, where innovation, inclusivity, and relentless execution are core to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity for every person, team, and business.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, GTM Operations, BizOps, or related B2B SaaS roles with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • • Strong technical fluency and comfort as a 'power user' of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, LLMs, CRM systems), with enthusiasm for leveraging AI to 10x GTM process efficiency.
  • • Deep B2B SaaS experience, including understanding of sales cycles, AE psychology, incentive design, and partner enablement strategies.
  • • Exceptional operational rigor: ability to map complex lead-routing logic into clear flowcharts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Bias for action: preference for launching functional, automated solutions quickly over waiting for perfect manual processes.
  • • Experience in partner onboarding, ICP alignment, and optimizing partner readiness to receive and act on inbound business at scale.
