- • As a Staff Product Manager at Addepar, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Workflow Platform—a foundational infrastructure that powers client-defined automation, AI agents, and internal developer tools across the organization. This role is critical to enabling scalable, reliable, and composable workflows that support Addepar’s mission to turn complex financial data into actionable intelligence for over 1,400 global firms managing nearly $9 trillion in assets.
- • Day to day, you will define and prioritize platform capabilities, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver durable execution systems (e.g., using Temporal), build reusable workflow components (like Retrieve Holdings and Validate Data), and ensure the platform supports AI agent execution, task approval workflows, and global scalability. You will balance immediate stability needs with long-term architectural improvements while aligning stakeholders around foundational commitments.
- • You will join a global, mission-driven team at Addepar, a leader in financial technology with offices in Edinburgh, London, New York, Salt Lake City, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, and São Paulo. - • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in platform product management, distributed systems, and enterprise SaaS, while shaping infrastructure that enables AI-driven automation and client-centric orchestration. You will gain influence across major company initiatives in data integration, AI, and enterprise features, and develop your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic roadmaps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive product management experience, preferably with developer-facing products, platform infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
- • Platform mindset: understanding how to build foundational platforms that power ecosystems, not just isolated applications
- • Technical fluency in distributed systems, state machines, and durable execution frameworks (experience with Temporal is a major plus)
- • Ability to read and review technical requirements with engineering leads and communicate complex technical initiatives to non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience working with financial data (custodians, transactions, positions, security masters) or enterprise security/data reconciliation processes is highly valued
- • Structured thinking: ability to synthesize complex dependencies across data, AI, enterprise features, and client onboarding into a clear, prioritized roadmap
