📋 Description

• The EDI Fulfillment Analyst II role at bswift, LLC in Bangalore, India, is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely execution of EDI and fulfillment data feeds that support U.S.-based benefits administration operations. This role directly impacts the reliability of data flows that enable HR teams to manage employee benefits efficiently, making it essential to bswift’s mission of simplifying and humanizing benefits administration.
• Day to day, the analyst will independently manage assigned EDI and fulfillment data feeds, monitor and validate production files for compliance, troubleshoot errors and discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, communicate risks and status to stakeholders, support release activities, create and maintain documentation, serve as a subject-matter resource for the Bangalore team, guide junior analysts, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, identify process improvements, and support special projects such as Annual Enrollment surges.
• The team operates within bswift’s global delivery model, collaborating closely with Fulfillment COE, EDI, Operations, and Client Support teams across time zones to ensure seamless data flow and service continuity. bswift, founded in 1996, is a leader in cloud-based benefits administration technology, serving thousands of companies and millions of employees nationwide with a focus on innovation, service excellence, and a people-first culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting EDI, data feeds, or production operations, preferably in benefits administration or healthcare
• Strong working knowledge of EDI concepts, file layouts, and data validation
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and stakeholder updates
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
