- • Edit up to 80 SEO-optimized articles per month across diverse topics, ensuring adherence to grammar, style, voice, flow, organization, and keyword integration as defined by client guidelines
- • Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while meeting monthly deliverables
- • Manage 4–5 freelance writers, each producing 10–20 articles per month, providing timely, constructive feedback focused on growth and development
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s unique style guides, editorial standards, and SEO expectations to ensure brand-consistent output
- • Ensure all content meets performance benchmarks for search visibility, readability, and engagement while maintaining editorial integrity
- • Collaborate remotely with a distributed team across North America, Latin America, and Europe to align on content strategy and execution
- • Review and refine content for clarity, structure, and compelling narrative arcs, transforming raw drafts into polished, audience-ready pieces
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency, and team output through iterative feedback and process refinement
- • Balance multiple editorial priorities simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail while managing tight deadlines and shifting client requirements
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by embracing feedback, sharing insights, and supporting teammates in improving their craft
- • Maintain consistent communication with writers and editors to clarify expectations, resolve ambiguities, and foster a collaborative remote workflow
- • Adapt quickly to evolving SEO trends, client objectives, and platform algorithms while preserving the authenticity and voice of each brand
- • Operate autonomously with minimal oversight, taking ownership of editorial outcomes and ensuring delivery excellence without micromanagement
- • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, leveraging iteration, measurement, and data-driven refinement to enhance team performance

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting
- • Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking
- • Excellent time management skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
