📋 Description

• The Editorial Strategist role at Omniscient Digital is a creative leadership position focused on diagnosing client problems and architecting strategic, high-impact creative solutions across formats — moving beyond content production into true creative strategy for ambitious B2B SaaS clients.
• Day to day, the role involves owning creative strategy for a portfolio of accounts, producing and directing work across blogs, landing pages, research reports, data visualizations, ad copy, UX/UI copy, brand narratives, and interactive tools, while collaborating closely with channel strategists to fuel organic, digital PR, and paid media efforts.
• Omniscient Digital is a lean, agile, experimental organic growth agency that partners with top B2B SaaS brands like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar, thriving on R&D, innovation, and a culture of building and shipping — where AI is used as a native co-pilot to amplify strategic and creative work.
• In this role, you will develop deep strategic instincts, shape the evolution of a new creative function, build AI-native workflows, gain cross-channel expertise, and operate with high autonomy to deliver measurable creative outcomes that drive client growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic thinking with ability to diagnose client business problems and architect creative solutions beyond execution
• Creative versatility across formats including written content, research, design direction, UX copy, and emerging media
• Intellectual curiosity about B2B SaaS, product positioning, buyer psychology, and industry trends
• AI-native mindset — experienced using AI as a co-pilot for drafting, research, and workflow enhancement
• High agency: proactive in identifying opportunities, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
