• • As an Education Consultant specializing in Customer Education at Motive, you will empower customers to maximize the value of the company’s products and services by acting as a trusted advisor who guides them through tailored learning journeys grounded in instructional design principles and measurable business outcomes.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading customer discovery and planning sessions, delivering virtual and onsite training sessions, designing and executing Train-the-Trainer programs, collaborating on learning asset development with Customer Education Specialists, applying instructional design and project management expertise, and continuously improving content based on learner feedback and performance data.
• • You will join a mission-driven company that empowers people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable, serving nearly 100,000 customers across industries like transportation, logistics, construction, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and the public sector through a unified platform enhanced by industry-leading AI.
