- • As an Educational Consultant (ELA or Reading) at Curriculum Associates, you will support educators in implementing award-winning literacy programs like i-Ready to improve student outcomes and advance equitable learning experiences across K–8 classrooms.
- • You will facilitate on-site professional development, training, and coaching for teachers and school leaders, tailor workshops to participant needs, analyze instructional data, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective program implementation.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of over 2,500 lifelong learners dedicated to transforming education through innovative technology and research-based resources, working closely with Professional Learning managers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- • You will deepen your expertise in ELA/Reading instruction, adult learning principles, data-driven coaching, and educational technology while gaining experience in consulting, facilitation, and educational leadership across diverse school communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience teaching ELA or Reading, coaching teachers, or delivering professional development in ELA/Reading; Master’s degree preferred.
- • Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for ELA or Reading (Grades K–8), including content and practice standards, or comparable state standards.
- • Fluency with digital tools for online assessments and comfort discussing and applying data with educators and leaders.
- • Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them to professional development to meet learning objectives.
- • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational, and computer skills (including Office suites and Zoom/WebEx).
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an educational cohort.

- • Competitive hourly rate starting at $65/hour for professional learning delivery, with additional pay for preparation, co-facilitation, meetings, and travel.
