- • Educational Consultant (Math) – Per Diem role supporting educators through professional development, training, and data-informed coaching using i-Ready and Ready programs to improve math instruction and equity in classrooms.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating on-site product training, adjusting workshops to participant needs, providing lesson planning and pacing support, analyzing data with teachers and leaders, and delivering tailored coaching to educators and administrators.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience teaching mathematics, coaching math teachers, or delivering math professional learning.
- • Strong working knowledge of State Standards for Mathematics (Grades K–8), including content and practice standards; familiarity with ELA standards preferred.
- • Fluency with digital tools for online assessments and comfort discussing and applying data with educators and leaders.
- • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an educational cohort; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
