  • • Own the end-to-end strategy for Insider One’s North American technology partner ecosystem, forging and scaling high-impact alliances with ISVs such as AWS, Shopify, Snowflake, Treasure Data, Databricks, and Meta to accelerate pipeline growth and market penetration. You will be the single-threaded leader who identifies which alliances will move the revenue needle fastest, secures executive buy-in from both Insider One and partner organizations, and then operationalizes joint go-to-market motions that consistently exceed quarterly targets.
  • • Translate each partner’s technical strengths and market priorities into crisp joint value propositions that resonate with C-suite buyers, then socialize these narratives across sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success to ensure flawless execution. This means distilling complex CDP, AI, and omnichannel orchestration capabilities into stories that a retail CMO or a SaaS CFO can repeat verbatim in their next board meeting.
  • • Design and deliver a repeatable partner onboarding framework that compresses time-to-first-revenue from months to weeks, including co-branded enablement assets, certification paths, and deal-registration processes that protect and reward partner contribution. Your framework will become the global gold standard replicated by EMEA and APAC teams.
  • • Build and manage a regional business plan that sets quarterly revenue targets through and with partners, tracks leading indicators (MQLs, SQLs, influenced ARR), and iterates tactics based on real-time performance data to over-achieve aggressive growth goals. You will own the P&L for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across North America.
  • • Co-sell alongside field sales teams, orchestrating multi-stakeholder pursuits that weave Insider One’s AI-driven CDP and omnichannel orchestration into each partner’s solution stack, resulting in larger deal sizes and faster sales cycles. Expect to quarterback six- and seven-figure deals where Insider One is the intelligence layer powering a partner’s commerce or data cloud.
  • • Architect co-marketing campaigns with regional field marketing—ranging from executive roundtables to industry trade-show activations—that elevate Insider One’s brand visibility, generate net-new pipeline, and position the company as the undisputed leader in customer engagement technology. You will secure keynote slots, joint case studies, and thought-leadership placements that make competitors irrelevant.
  • • Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related blockers, negotiating win-win resolutions around product gaps, pricing conflicts, or support issues while safeguarding long-term strategic relationships. Your diplomacy and technical fluency will turn potential churn risks into expansion opportunities.
  • • Leverage deep analytical skills to create board-ready dashboards that quantify partner influence on ARR, retention, and expansion, then present insights to global leadership to secure additional investment and resources. You will speak the language of LTV, CAC, and NRR fluently and persuasively.
  • • Champion a culture of knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, publishing internal playbooks, and hosting quarterly partner summits that align global offices and replicate regional successes at scale. Your content will be the first bookmark for every new hire in the Channels org.
  • • Mentor junior channel managers and cross-functional pods, instilling solution-selling methodologies, storytelling excellence, and disciplined pipeline hygiene that raises the bar for the entire Channels organization. Your mentees will earn promotions faster because of the rigor you instill.
  • • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by synthesizing partner feedback on emerging APIs, integration patterns, and market demands, ensuring Insider One stays three steps ahead of customer expectations. You will sit at the intersection of partner reality and product possibility.
  • • Drive social-impact initiatives by inviting strategic partners to co-sponsor AI Training for Teachers, SheCodes, and SheLeads programs, reinforcing Insider One’s commitment to diversity, equity, and STEM education across North America. Your leadership here will turn corporate responsibility into competitive advantage.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or business development experience with a proven record of exceeding $20M+ ARR influenced through partners.
  • • Deep technical fluency in cloud, data, and commerce ecosystems—specifically AWS, Shopify, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar ISVs—and the ability to whiteboard integration architectures with CTOs.
  • • Demonstrated success designing and executing joint go-to-market plans, including co-selling motions, co-marketing campaigns, and enablement programs that scaled across multiple regions.
  • • Executive presence and storytelling skills that command attention in C-suite meetings, board presentations, and industry keynotes.
  • • Data-driven mindset with advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools to build dashboards that track pipeline, revenue, and partner health.
