📋 Description

  • As a Customer Service Executive at AnyVan, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers navigating the often-stressful process of moving homes or valuable belongings, directly contributing to the company’s mission of reducing wasted miles and carbon emissions through smarter logistics.
  • You will serve as a frontline warrior, expertly managing and resolving customer inquiries via phone and digital channels like WhatsApp, ensuring minimal wait times, first-contact resolution, and consistent achievement of team targets while maintaining high Trustpilot ratings.
  • You will utilize active listening and probing skills to accurately assess and resolve customer concerns, escalate complex or high-risk issues promptly, and keep all parties fully informed until resolution, all within a fast-paced, high-energy environment that values speed, efficiency, and positivity.
  • You will join a dynamic, high-performing team across London, Cape Town, and Bogotá that prides itself on being fast, friendly, and customer-obsessed, supported by best-in-class training and cutting-edge technology to help you excel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international customers.
  • Minimum typing speed of over 30 words per minute with high accuracy to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency with IT packages, especially G-Suite, and comfort using digital tools and platforms for customer service.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer interactions and follow processes accurately.
  • Proactive attitude with demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
