- • Design and develop electrical circuits and control systems specifically for robotics applications in industrial environments such as warehouses and factories.
- • Collaborate closely with the mechanical engineering team to integrate electrical components into the physical structure of robots, ensuring seamless functionality and spatial compatibility.
- • Test and optimize electrical systems to meet defined performance requirements, including power efficiency, signal integrity, and environmental durability.
- • Ensure the real-time operational reliability of AI-driven robotic systems under dynamic industrial conditions.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults during both development phases and on-site deployments in customer environments.
- • Participate in the full lifecycle of electrical system development, from concept and prototyping to validation and production readiness.
- • Work with sensors, actuators, and other electrical components to enable precise robotic motion, perception, and interaction with physical environments.
- • Apply knowledge of embedded systems and circuit design software to implement robust, scalable electrical architectures.
- • Contribute to the refinement of system-level specifications based on field feedback and testing outcomes.
- • Travel to customer sites and operational locations up to 25% of the time to support system deployment, diagnostics, and on-site troubleshooting.
- • Engage in iterative design improvements based on performance data collected during real-world robot operations.
- • Maintain documentation of electrical schematics, test procedures, and failure analyses for internal knowledge sharing and compliance.
- • Support cross-functional teams in aligning electrical system capabilities with AI and software control modules.
- • Identify and mitigate risks related to electrical safety, electromagnetic interference, and system redundancy in mission-critical robotic applications.
- • Contribute to the selection of components and suppliers based on reliability, cost, and scalability for mass production readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed training or studies in the field of electrics, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
- • 3+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for robotics or similar fields
- • Experience with control systems, sensors, actuators, and electrical components
- • Knowledge of embedded systems and circuit design software
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems
- • Willingness to travel up to 25%
