• • Monumental is based in the city centre of Amsterdam, in a beautiful facility with an fully equipped workshop and robot testing floor. We're explicitly not a hybrid or remote-first company - you can't build robots or walls from home, so we're onsite five days a week.

• • About the role
• • We’re looking for working students to support our Electronics team in building the hardware that powers our construction robots. Your primary responsibility will be assembling E-drawers, the central electronics module that acts as the brain of our robotic wagons. You’ll work alongside our electronics technicians, gaining hands-on experience while helping build the electronics that bring our robots to life.
• • As part of a fast-paced robotics startup, you’ll be surrounded by autonomous construction robots and the teams building them. With engineers from a range of disciplines working around you, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, and gain real world experience in electronics manufacturing and robotics.
• • What you’ll do
• • - Assemble E-drawers, the core electronics module of our robotic wagons.
• • - Build PCB stacks and assembly wiring harnesses.
• • - Perform soldering and cable assembly.
• • - Support electronics technicians with electronics assembly and production tasks.
• • - Keep your workspace organized and follow quality and safety procedures.
• • What we’re looking for
• • - You’re currently studying Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• • - You enjoy building things and working with your hands.
• • - You have some experience with electronics assembly or soldering through your studies, personal projects, or hobbies.
• • - You’re detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work.
• • - You’re eager to learn and enjoy working as part of a team.
