  • • Our product suite has expanded beyond voice to encompass three core platforms: ElevenAgents, designed for seamless and intelligent customer experiences with robust integrations and scalability; ElevenCreative, an empowering suite for creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, images, and video across over 70 languages; and ElevenAPI, providing developers access to our cutting-edge AI audio foundational models. This role specifically focuses on accelerating the B2B sales of ElevenCreative.
  • • As the B2B Marketing Lead for ElevenCreative, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position where you will define the enterprise offering's messaging, build a comprehensive demand generation strategy, and drive its execution.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and tactical marketing activities. You will be responsible for defining the enterprise positioning and messaging for ElevenCreative, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with creative, brand, and marketing leaders in large organizations. This involves understanding their challenges and demonstrating how ElevenCreative can address them.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to drive enterprise demand generation through impactful campaigns. This includes conceptualizing and executing initiatives such as webinars, virtual and in-person events, developing thought leadership content, creating compelling customer stories, and implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. You will also be responsible for identifying and nurturing top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
  • • Collaboration with the sales team is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with them to build best-in-class enterprise collateral. This includes crafting pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, product demonstrations, and battlecards that effectively support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Your contributions will directly equip the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
  • • You will take the lead on enterprise events and sponsorships. This involves strategizing, developing messaging, executing, and managing follow-up for executive roundtables, key industry conferences, and forums for creative leadership. The goal is to position ElevenLabs as a thought leader and trusted partner within these influential circles.
  • • Developing thought leadership and narrative content is crucial. You will create content that positions ElevenLabs as an indispensable partner for enterprise creative and marketing teams grappling with the complexities of AI adoption, scaling operations, and enhancing efficiency. This content will aim to educate, inspire, and build trust.
  • • You will work closely with the Performance Marketing and RevOps teams to optimize retargeting campaigns, nurture programs, and ABM strategies, ensuring a seamless flow of qualified leads through the sales funnel. This cross-functional collaboration is key to maximizing conversion rates.
  • • Continuous monitoring and optimization of campaign performance are essential. You will produce clear, insightful reporting on pipeline impact, return on investment (ROI), and overall campaign effectiveness. Based on these data-driven insights, you will iterate and refine strategies to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
  • • Staying deeply informed about enterprise creative trends, shifts in tooling, and evolving buying behaviors within large organizations is critical. This market intelligence will directly inform your strategy, messaging, and campaign development, ensuring our approach remains relevant and competitive.
