- • The Email Account Manager drives day-to-day operations of email, SMS, and mobile push services delivery, ensuring teams are organized and positioned to deliver for clients.
- • The role serves as the key point of contact for clients and internal subject matter experts, maintaining client satisfaction through exceptional service and value creation using strong account management and interpersonal skills.
- • The Account Manager acts as the "glue" that brings together disparate pieces to seamlessly deliver high-quality work on budget and on time, overseeing tactical delivery and account status for both internal teams and clients.
- • By ensuring marketing and support activities are executed efficiently and timely, the role directly impacts client success and Merkle’s performance, with opportunities to develop strategic thinking, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • 3-5 years of experience in client services or account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department
- • Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms; hands-on experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
