As an Email & CRM Operations Junior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and push notifications.

  • • Your analytical prowess will be crucial in testing and evaluating campaign performance. You will strive to ensure every message effectively drives desired outcomes while simultaneously working to minimize customer churn, demonstrating a keen understanding of the balance between engagement and retention.
  • • Beyond campaign execution, you will take ownership of cross-functional project management for the promotional calendar. This involves overseeing sale periods from the initial strategic planning stages through to the go-live execution and comprehensive post-promotion analysis.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with marketing, merchandising, creative, and product teams to ensure all messaging is consistent with brand guidelines and to identify opportunities for improving the time to conversion across all stages of the customer journey.
  • • You will be responsible for managing weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, digging deep into the data to uncover meaningful insights, and clearly communicating these findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • • Delivering clear, concise, and impactful reports on lifecycle marketing metrics is essential for informing strategic decisions and demonstrating the value of our CRM initiatives.
  • • In terms of creative and operational support, you will be tasked with writing and submitting detailed creative briefs using our project management tool, ensuring that our creative partners have all the necessary information to produce effective assets.
  • • You will also be responsible for scheduling and deploying emails within our Email Service Provider (ESP), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • • This role provides direct support to the Director of Lifecycle and the Associate Manager, assisting with ad hoc projects that are critical to the success of our email marketing initiatives and broader CRM strategy.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM strategies, tactics, and tools, with a foundational knowledge of how to leverage customer data to drive personalized and effective marketing communications.
  • • You will be expected to develop a deep familiarity with our ESP (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar), and experience with Liquid templating is a significant plus.
  • • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and/or Google Analytics is required to effectively track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
