- • Join client engineering teams as an embedded software engineer.
- • Deliver production-quality software alongside client developers.

- • Work closely with AI Solutions Architects to ensure technical delivery supports each client's broader AI transformation objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years building production software across backend, fullstack or platform engineering.
- • Strong backend engineering experience in one or more modern programming languages.
- • Experience designing and building modern web applications, APIs and distributed software systems.
- • Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices and maintainable production code.
- • Experience contributing across modern frontend technologies is advantageous.
- • Comfortable learning new languages, frameworks and client technology stacks quickly.
- • Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- • Working knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and agentic development approaches.
- • Proficiency with Git version control.
- • Track record of reliable, consistent delivery in remote engineering teams.
- • Comfortable working inside established engineering processes while contributing improvements.
- • Strong ownership mentality, you deliver what you commit to.
- • Business-fluent English (written and verbal).
